This will be the 12th annual triathlon training camp in Lake Placid hosted by Team Mossman. The camp will be held at the Northwood School, which is located less than a half mile from Mirror Lake and is on the Ironman USA bike course. This is a USA Triathlon Sanctioned Camp.
Camp fee = $295.00 ($275.00 for Team Mossman members) – includes 3 night, 4 day stay, 2 meals a day, continental breakfast and dinner, along with bed linens.
Professional speakers will be on hand for evening discussions.
Professional bike mechanic, complete with mobile bike shop, will be on campus for tune ups, bike fits and repairs.
Professional Massage Therapist will be taking appointments Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening ($1/min).
Campers will need to bring their own pillows and towels.
